Terms of service
1. The agreement
These Terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RecruiterDesk (the "Service"), operated by N53 Techworks LLP ("we", "us"), with registered office at N53 Techworks LLP, 19th Floor, Tower-B, Alphathum, Sector-90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your account
You sign up with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly at support@recruiterdesk.io if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Free trial
We offer a free trial of 14 days with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan to continue. If you do not, your access to paid features ends, and we handle your data as described in section 8 and in our Privacy policy.
4. Plans, pricing and GST
- The Individual plan is ₹499 per month, or ₹4990 per year.
- The Team plan is ₹399 per active member per month, billed per day, or ₹3990 per member per year.
- All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added as required by law. GST-registered customers may claim input tax credit.
We may change our prices. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next billing period.
5. Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. On the Team plan, member charges are calculated per active member, per day, so adding or removing a member during a period is prorated. Payment is due at the start of each period through our payment processor.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from inside the product. Your plan then runs to the end of the current paid period and is not renewed. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable, and there is no cancellation fee. For the per-day Team plan, you are billed only for the days members were active. 7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload data you have no lawful basis to hold or share;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
- resell or provide the Service to a third party except as your own use of it.
You are responsible for the candidate and client data you add and for how you use it.
8. Your data
The data you add remains yours. You can export it or delete it at any time. If your account closes, we handle your data as set out in our Privacy policy and data protection note. For candidate and client records, you act as the data fiduciary and we act as your processor.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We provide support by email, and priority support on the Team plan. We may carry out maintenance, and will limit disruption where we can.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the Service while your plan is active.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where we must to comply with the law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to put things right.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under the law to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
