An API and webhooks to connect your recruiting desk.
Give another tool scoped access with an API key, push candidates in from your careers site, and get a webhook the moment a candidate is submitted or a placement is created. For teams that would rather not write code, a branded page and bulk import feed the same desk.
Data in and out, without a bespoke build.
Create a scoped key
Make an API key in Settings, choose exactly what it can do (write candidates, write clients, or everything), and paste it into the other tool. A key does one job, so access is never broader than it needs to be.
Send candidates in
Push applicants from your careers site or another system straight onto the desk through the inbound candidate API, with the same latest-wins matching the branded application page and bulk import use, so duplicates merge rather than pile up.
Get events out
Add a webhook, tick the events you care about (a candidate received or submitted, a placement created, a mandate or client stage change), and your systems hear about each one the moment it happens.
Bring applicants in from anywhere, deduplicated.
Push candidates through the inbound API, or point your careers site at a branded, no-login application page. Either way an applicant lands on the desk with consent captured, matched to an existing person by email so a returning candidate updates their record rather than creating a duplicate.
- Inbound candidate API or a no-code branded page
- Latest-wins matching, so duplicates merge
- Consent captured at the point of apply
Turn a folder of CVs into a working talent pool.
Drop a ZIP of resumes and each one is read into a structured, searchable, deduplicated record. A backlog that would take days to key in becomes a talent database you can rank against the next role, with no integration to build.
- PDF, DOC, DOCX and ZIP read automatically
- Each resume deduplicated into a full profile
- A low-confidence parse queued for a quick review
The ways RecruiterDesk connects to the rest of your stack.
Scoped API keys
Each key is limited to what you choose: write candidates, write clients or full access. Create one per tool, see when it was last used, and revoke it in a click if a tool is retired.
Webhooks for pipeline events
Subscribe another system to the events that matter: a candidate received or submitted, a placement created, a mandate or client stage change. Each delivery is signed, so the receiver can trust it.
An inbound candidate API
Post candidates from your careers site or ATS and they land on the desk, matched to an existing person by email so a returning applicant updates their record instead of creating a duplicate.
Branded application intake
Prefer no code? A branded, no-login application page feeds the same desk, so a careers-site link brings candidates in with consent captured, no integration required.
Bulk resume import
Drop a ZIP of CVs and each is read into a searchable, deduplicated record. A backlog of resumes becomes a working talent pool without one-by-one entry.
Your data, exportable
Every list exports to CSV, and candidate export and deletion are handled per person. The data is yours to take at any time, so connecting a tool never means locking your data in.
How does RecruiterDesk connect to other tools?
What integrations does RecruiterDesk offer?
RecruiterDesk connects to your stack three ways. Scoped API keys let another tool read or write your workspace data. Webhooks push pipeline events to another system the moment they happen. An inbound candidate API accepts applicants from your careers site or ATS. For teams that prefer no code, a branded application page and bulk resume import feed the same desk without an integration.
How do API keys and scopes work?
You create an API key in Settings and choose its scope: write candidates, write clients, or full access. Paste the key into the tool that needs it. Because each key is scoped, a careers-site intake key cannot touch your client records. You can see when a key was last used and revoke it in a click, so retiring a tool is clean.
What events can a webhook subscribe to?
A webhook can subscribe to a candidate being received or submitted, a placement being created, and a mandate or client stage change. You add the endpoint that should receive the notification, tick the events you care about, and each delivery is signed so your receiver can verify it came from RecruiterDesk.
Can I push candidates in from my careers site?
Yes. The inbound candidate API accepts applicants from your careers site or another system and places them on the desk, matched to an existing person by email so a returning candidate updates their profile rather than creating a duplicate. If you would rather not write code, a branded application page does the same with a link, consent captured.
Do AI features need an API key?
No. The AI that reads a JD, drafts a fitment checklist and scores candidates works out of the box, with nothing to configure in Settings. API keys are only for giving another tool programmatic access to your workspace data.
Can I export my data if I connect other tools?
Yes. Every list exports to CSV, and candidate export and deletion are handled per person in line with India's DPDP expectations. Your data stays yours and exportable at any time, so connecting a tool to RecruiterDesk never locks your data in.
